Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-21

BetterOps LLC ("BetterOps", "we", "us") operates https://www.betterops.co (the "Site"). This policy explains, in plain English, what we collect, why, and how we handle it. We collect as little as possible.

What this Site collects

This Site has no contact forms, no newsletter signup and no account system. Browsing it does not require you to give us anything, and we do not ask you to.

You can reach us in two ways, and each is worth understanding separately.

If you book a call

Our scheduling links go to TidyCal, a third-party booking service. When you book, you provide your details to TidyCal and we receive the booking. TidyCal's own privacy policy governs what it collects and how, and we would encourage you to read it. We use what you give us to hold the meeting and to follow up on it.

If you email us

We receive whatever you choose to put in the message. We use it to reply and to follow up if you have asked us to. Please do not send confidential business information, client data or credentials by email - if we need any of that during an engagement, we will set up an appropriate way to share it.

We do not sell, rent or share your contact information with third parties for their marketing, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics product that does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate metrics such as page views, referrers and approximate country, none of which identify you.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any cross-site advertising tracker on this Site.

Cookies

This Site sets no cookies at all - not for analytics, not for advertising, and not for preferences. There is nothing here for a cookie banner to ask you about, which is why you will not see one. Our Cookie Policy covers this in more detail.

Hosting and server logs

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare retains standard server logs - IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL - for a limited period for security and abuse prevention. We do not use those logs for marketing.

Your choices

Children

The Site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will post a notice on the Site for at least 30 days.
