Short version: https://www.betterops.co sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences. There is nothing here for a consent banner to ask about, which is why you will not see one.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. Cookies are commonly used to keep you logged in, remember preferences, or - most controversially - track you across sites for advertising. The last of these is what privacy regulators are concerned about, and it is not something we do.

What we do not use

• No Google Analytics. No GA4, no Universal Analytics, and no Google Tag Manager container loading them.
• No advertising cookies. No Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, no Google Ads conversion pixel, no retargeting of any kind.
• No cross-site trackers. No fingerprinting, no session replay, no heatmap tools recording individual sessions.

What we do use

Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless)

We measure aggregate traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare built to be privacy-respecting. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate metrics such as page views, referrers and approximate country.

Strictly necessary cookies

If we ever set a cookie that is strictly necessary for the Site to function - to remember that you dismissed a notice, for instance - it will be first-party, short-lived, and listed here with its name and purpose before we deploy it. As of the date above, we have deployed none.

Third-party links

Our scheduling links open TidyCal in a new tab. That is a link, not an embed, so TidyCal sets nothing while you are on our pages - only once you arrive on theirs, under their policy. We deliberately avoid embedding tracker-heavy third-party content on this Site.

Server logs

The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's edge keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) for a short period for security and abuse prevention. Those are not cookies and are not used for marketing.

Your controls

• You can clear cookies and site data at any time. It will not break anything here, because we do not rely on them.
• Strict tracking protection in Brave, Firefox or Safari will not degrade your experience on this Site.
